# Final AI re-review response — 30 October 2026

Review edition: M2-20261030-R2. Preview only; no release approval.

## Delivery and identity

The connected GitHub API confirmed branch head 5efcce5729c2a9ce30201895bb8f7dc00abc18ca before this correction. Claude's reported 0e75b70 view is historical. The cause of mixed fetch results has not been established: an intermediary/tool cache remains possible. Before correction, a fresh hosted request returned `Cache-Control: public, max-age=0, must-revalidate` and `CF-Cache-Status: HIT`.

This revision adds no-store headers to Module 2 pages and assets, including extensionless lesson routes. Each page footer now contains a source commit injected during Cloudflare's build from WORKERS_CI_COMMIT_SHA (local builds use local git HEAD). review-build.json records the same identity and SHA-256 hashes. The checked-in BUILD_PENDING slot is intentionally not a claim about deployed identity. Historical evidence retains its actual tested commit. No account-level cache purge is claimed; delivery verification tests fresh and unversioned URLs after deployment.

## Content corrections

- Q4 now explicitly uses the separate provisional PB-02 teaching assumption. Q13 still requires justification and approval; no project tolerance was invented.
- Revised option lengths across the assessment reduce the longest-answer cue. Correct answers and educational meaning are retained. This is not psychometric validation.
- Every lesson page and downloadable transcript states whether that lesson has a separate required reading extension.
- Lesson 2.2 has an explicit audio clarification immediately before the player and in its downloadable transcript. The original audio and matching captions remain unchanged; the combined format still needs human acceptance.
- Seven tests exercise the explorer's actual absolute-error predicate, including +0.5 (equal), +0.6 and −0.6 against 0.5, negative equality, and floating-point boundaries. The 1e-12 guard addresses arithmetic round-off, not measurement uncertainty.

## Annex 15 pinpoint verification

Checked the official European Commission PDF and current EudraLex listing on 30 October 2026:

| Pinpoint | Verified subject |
|---|---|
| 1.4–1.5 (printed pp. 2–3) | VMP or equivalent documentation and minimum programme content |
| 2.6 (p. 3) | Site suitability/procedure checks for third-party protocols before approval |
| 2.10 (p. 4) | Authorized progression; conditional progression needs documented absence of significant impact on the next activity |
| 3.1–3.14 (pp. 4–5) | Lifecycle stages; URS/functionalspecification, DQ, applicable FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ |
| 3.6 (p. 4) | Justified reuse of some FAT/stage tests where transport/installation do not affect functionality |
| 4.1–4.2 (p. 6) | Periodic state-of-control evaluation and justified requalification periods/criteria |
| 11.1–11.7 (p. 13) | Change procedures, impact assessment, authorization, supporting evidence and effectiveness |

The official listing continues to identify Annex 15 as operational from 1 October 2015. A revision concept paper is not an operative replacement.

## Acceptance boundaries

This response does not close human listening/pronunciation, all-diagram equivalence acceptance, actual screen-reader/physical-device/zoom testing, combined-format acceptance, rights/privacy/hosting decisions, independent GMP review or owner release authorization. Source content and automation are not those signatures. Production remains unchanged.

## Verification results

Functional candidate: **94f6bf8bb6e22ef1ac98764d80543f2949bdaec5**.
- GitHub QA completed successfully: https://github.com/AkashVali02/valistera-website/actions/runs/41006495056
- Cloudflare Workers preview check completed successfully for that commit.
- Local browser: 440 checks, zero failures. Hosted browser: 440 checks, zero failures (`r2-hosted-2026-10-30.json`). Tests include playback/native seeking, closed disclosures, keyboard interaction, reflow, axe, assessment and storage within the scripted scope.
- Delivery: 94 requests, zero hash/header failures; deployed manifest matched the expected build (`r2-delivery-2026-10-30.json`). All 15 HTML pages tested at unversioned, two fresh query-string and extensionless URLs; 34 caption/transcript/JS/CSS/JSON assets checked separately.
- Seven signed/absolute numerical boundary cases passed. Static validation: 46 HTML pages, 1377 local references, sitemap, JSON, fingerprints and JS syntax passed before the additional evidence links.

Initial testing caught mobile overflow from the new full commit footer; wrapping was fixed before the passing candidate. An initial remote run also lacked the configured axe path; corrected runs used the existing axe dependency. The HTTP harness uses curl to avoid the sandbox's stalled Python networking. Those unsuccessful attempts are not counted as passes.

Cloudflare can report CF-Cache-Status: HIT for its static-asset delivery even with the explicit no-store response directives. The tested bytes were current; this is not a claim of global purge or control over Claude's own fetch cache. If a reviewer sees another footer commit, stop that review rather than mixing revisions.

The subsequent evidence commit adds these results and the HTTP harness correction; it does not change learner questions, narration, captions or media. Deployed identity changes appropriately with each commit.
