# Module 4 — Installation Qualification (IQ)

This module is original educational content using fictional vessel V-201. It is not an executed qualification record, a complete site protocol, certification, or independent GMP consultant approval.

## Review sequence
1. Read the served source commit in the review-page footer and build manifest. Open the public exact-commit evidence link and require its tested_commit to match; a missing/mismatched record is a review blocker. Review that exact candidate.
2. Review all ten lessons, forty scene descriptions/images, ten worked examples and activities, workbook, twenty assessment questions and explanations.
3. Listen to all ten videos; check terminology, pronunciation, captions and scene transitions. Inspect maintenance-access lesson 4.3 part 3, error calculation 4.6 part 3, and coverage 4.10 part 2 particularly carefully.
4. Test native timeline taps at early and late positions, keyboard disclosures, captions, mobile layouts, zoom, screen reader and optional local storage.
5. Review source map, QA evidence and rights/privacy limitations. Automated tests do not prove human usability, WCAG conformity or GMP compliance.
6. Independent GMP consultant sign-off and explicit owner release authorization are mandatory and must identify the reviewed commit. Module 3 approval does not approve Module 4.

## Intended technical boundaries
EU GMP introductory human-medicinal-product context; fictional oral-liquid equipment, not aseptic manufacture. Numeric values are teaching assumptions. IQ identity evidence does not prove OQ/PQ, cleaning effectiveness, utility quality or complete computerised-system validation. Supplier evidence reuse needs applicability and impact rationale. Conditional progression is specific to an assessed and authorized next qualification activity.

## Assessment
Open-book self-study; answer keys intentionally visible. Suggested practice target 85% (17/20), not a regulatory threshold. Twenty final questions differ from the ten lesson checks. Correct-position distribution: 7 A, 6 B, 7 C. Workbook answers are not saved or transmitted. Optional device progress is not a GMP training record.
